Super friendly and helpful staff

Wonderful rooms. Excellent and cheap food. - Central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk in the room. - Comfortable bed. - Peaceful and particularly good location in Berlin, short walk to tram and Alexanderplatz.

Loved our fairly quiet and big rooms, plus the staff was very very nice. Booked a room with wifi. Perfect and comfy location, it was really close to the public transport and Alexanderplatz and the tram stop. Furthermore, close to tram line.

triple room i stayed at was spacious and fairly quiet with wifi. a shower and hair dryers was a plus.

The location here is great for exploring Weisser See Lake, and the room comes with wifi. Rewritten: the hotel is well situated for a walk around Weisser See Lake and is located about 19 miles from the airport, and the room has wifi available.

The rooms with wifi were great! Being so close to a tram station made it super convenient, plus it was really peaceful around here. the staff were all super friendly and helped out with anything we needed 😉.

We had a wonderful stay at Albertin in Berlin. the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. the apartment had plenty of space for us to relax and the breakfast, although lacking fresh fruits and vegetables, was cheap and plentiful. the hotel had excellent connections to the city and other areas, making it easy to explore. the neighborhood was quiet and there was a nice café across the street. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

Convenient wifi available in the rooms. the hotel is just a stone's throw from a tram stop, making it super easy to get around. 🚋 the location is cozy and well-connected to public transportation.

A tasty breakfast can be ordered at the front desk of the hotel. The morning meal was a delightful surprise, full of delicious options to fuel a day of exploring the city. The spread was so satisfying, it felt like a gourmet feast fit for royalty.

Hot water in the shower difficult to adjust - water was either VERY hot or VERY cold!

Conveniently located near son's apartment. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Ironing board and iron provided when asked. Hair dryer provided when asked. Quick response to taxi request. Light and airy dining room with good breakfast selection.

We had a great time during our romantic escape. the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. the staff did an excellent job of keeping our room tidy and fresh every day. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the fact that there were nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. the shower was a letdown as there was rarely hot water, which made it difficult for us to stay clean.
